You make an excellent point. I think plenty of the shelves broken during the Slime Incident are available as barricade fodder. I'll check the basement.

The same rules also apply for the lower levels, including the medlab. Though I will not be as kind and rule breakers will believe they are a Labrador retriever for an undetermined amount of time.
